We are seeking a dynamic Sr Talent Acquisition Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent, contributing significantly to our organization's growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and recruit top IT talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an IT services or technology company.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Keka.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with campus recruitment and technical hiring drives.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
